Profile

Research Scientist at Jubilant Biosys Limited

Email: paul133swagata@gmail.com

I am a Research Scientist with a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from IIT Kharagpur, with expertise in developing efficient, selective, and sustainable synthetic methodologies for complex small organic molecules—particularly heterocycles, boronic esters, and drug-active tertiary amines—along with experience in multistep synthesis and advanced analytical troubleshooting.

Work experience

Research Scientist — Jubilant Biosys Limited, Greater Noida (Feb 2025–Present). Route scouting, reaction optimization, and multistep synthesis of small molecules for drug discovery; ELN documentation and team coordination.
