Profile
I completed my post-graduation from Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh. Subsequently, I joined CSIR-CIMFR, Dhanbad as a Project Assistant. In August 2020, I began my Ph.D. under the guidance of Dr. Srivari Chandrasekhar at CSIR-IICT, Hyderabad. My doctoral research focused on the total synthesis of Vibegron, Iboxamycin, and antiviral drug molecule Nirmatrelvir as well developed a one-pot domino aza-Piancatelli/Conia-ene cascade methodology for the rapid assembly of nitrogen-rich bridged bicyclic cyclopentenone-pyrollidine scaffolds, showcasing innovation in reaction development. In April 2026, I joined the Dr. Santanu Panda research group at IIT Kharagpur as an Institute Postdoctoral Fellow, where I am currently working on strained ring systems and oxetane chemistry.
In my free time, I enjoy playing cricket and watching movies. I also find singing and cooking relaxing, as they help me unwind and manage stress.
